Take the opportunity to train virtually with Fränk Schleck in group sessions on Rouvy’s virtual reality roads during the winter/fall season.

FTP TEST

FTP stands for Functional Threshold Power and is a measure of the power you can hold for an hour, measured in watts. The FTP test is not included in our Bronze and Silver coaching plans. You can book a test for a one-time payment of 50€. This will give Fränk all the information he needs to create your individual training plan.

(You can only add a FTP test to your cart if you have added a Bronze or Silver coaching plan before)
